| Content of slogan editorial: | Virus species grab their chance by using the human population explosion. The more overpopulated the world becomes with people, the more likely is the chance of a pandemic virus outburst among human beings.
People dwell more at close range to one another and may infect each other easily. The coming decennia human population density will only increase. More and more settlements will arise all over the world, connected by roads, railway and air traffic. Because of better transport facilities, people travel a lot and further away, as compared to a century ago. This way a virus may 'hop' from one continent to another using yuppies as a free piggy-back ride.
The authorities broadcast scare talk by publishing reports on thousands of casualties. What they don't tell you is the fact that the numbers mentioned are absolute values, so not relative to the worldpopulation. As the world becomes more and more overpopulated with people, there will be more and more death casualties. That is to say in absolute sense, but relative to the amount of people, the numbers are not different from a century ago.
Within cities and between suburbans, many people commute daily and come across hundreds of persons a day, breathing the same air and touching the same material. Nowadays, many people in modern, wealthy countries have an underdeveloped immune system, because of their spoilt, unnatural way of living. Thus, they are not properly armed -in a natural way- against a virus attack. So medical technology has to 'save' these overcultivated persons. Medical solutions cost a lot. Consequently, we create a money devouring, energy consuming artificial world to live in, instead of training our natural protection mechanisms (immune system in our body).
For medical research many a laboratory animal is sacrificed, as well as wild animals: to stop Bird Influenza Virus, SARS or Mexican Flu from infecting humans, many animals have and will be eradicated from this earth. Thus, entire herds of pregnant sheep and goats are slaughtered to protect people with other diseases against Q-fever. Why should animals be murdered for the convenience of sickly overcultivated human beings?
Stop this insanity of power hungry medical institutes and political big ego's who want to score fame!
