Subject: Important Warning!
There is now a radical splinter group that is active in the political area of "Stop Population Growth". This group uses an unusual form of terror to stop the human population explosion.
The group puts ingenious gadgets (castrators) into public toilets. The castrators are mainly placed in toilets for gentlemen. The devices are intended to bring significant damage to the male genitalia, and especially the testicles. So far there are 181 known victims, of whom 13 deceased because of their injuries.
A castrator consists of a sharp razor, a powerful spring and a pressure gauge. The device is hidden under the toilet seat and is thus hardly visible. When someone sits down, the razor -which is attached to the spring- shoots to the front.
In almost all cases this leads to amputation of the testicles. Often, also significant injury is brought to the penis. In consultation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health, We have decided not to make this public to the media. This will prevent panic among the population.
All agents are advised to report to the undersigned ASAP any information that can lead to this terrorist group.
